This chafer uses two chafing fuel can (sterno). We have 6 hour chafing fuel cans available for $2.50/each.

Chafers are super easy to use. You place the chafing fuel cans (sterno) under the water pan. Fill the water pan with about an inch of water. Place hot food in the food pan and set on top of the water pan. The flame heats the water and the steam keeps the food hot.
