We rent buffet chafing dishes. Each chafer comes with metal stand, water pan, 8 quart food pan and metal lid. Chafers are super easy to use. You place the chafing fuel cans under the water pan. Fill the water pan with about an inch of water. Place hot food in the food pan set on top of the water pan. The flame heats the water and the steam keeps the food hot. This setup will use two chafing fuel cans. We have 6 hour chafing fuel cans available for $2.50.
